When we focus on problems and worry about them, rather than focusing on positive change (what we can do to interact with our life to create change) we create more worry and struggle. Consider placing your concerns into the hands of a higher power (God/Goddess, Spirit, the Universe, et al) and reinforce your thoughts with positive words and action. Sometimes it's better to just give up. The Universe always has something better in mind than we can possibly imagine.
